Booker-Lowe celebrates
ArtHouston and NAIDOC Week* with the

"A5" -
our 7th Annual Affordable Australian Aboriginal Art Show!

Join us for our new show and ArtHouston opening reception with Aussie refreshments

Saturday, 12 July, 2-5 pm

with a gallery talk on the History of Aboriginal Art by Nana Booker AM at 3 pm!

This year, we're featuring the colorful Warlpiri paintings from Yuendumu and a variety of other works from Australia's leading and emerging indigenous artists.

*Our 2014 "A5" opens during NAIDOC Week (6-13 July), an Australia-wide celebration of indigenous cultures. NAIDOC originally stood for the National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee, founded in the 1960s. At BLG, we'll be flying the national, Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islands flags in honor of the occasion!

Booker-Lowe is the leading American gallery for contemporary Aboriginal fine art from Australia. We're open Wednesday-Saturday, 11 am – 5 pm, and by appointment at your convenience. We stock hundreds of paintings and original prints from under $250 to $35,000, and can source Aboriginal artworks for those with special requirements.
